Totality Terms of Service

Introduction

Roebke Physical Health LLC (“Totality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Totality apps, websites, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent, legal guardian, school, team, or coach who is authorized to approve your use.
  • The Services are not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
  • Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Services

  • Totality provides workout tracking, habit tools, analytics, and similar features. Any training prescriptions or load suggestions are informational only and computed from the limited data you provide (e.g., estimated 1RM values). We do not know what you can actually lift.
  • You are solely responsible for deciding whether to perform any exercise or follow any suggestion. All training decisions and outcomes are on you.
  • Use the Services only for lawful, personal purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • Totality is not a medical service. We do not diagnose injuries or provide individualized medical advice.
  • Always consult with a qualified physician before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or recent injury.
  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Your participation is voluntary and you assume all risks of injury or death.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription or purchase. When you subscribe you authorize the applicable app store or payment processor to charge you the listed fees and taxes.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or the platform’s rules. We may change prices with notice; continued use after the change is acceptance of the new price.
  • If you end a paid coaching relationship, renewal will be cancelled and your coaching access may continue through the end of the current paid billing period. If a coach ends a coaching relationship, access may end immediately; any refund or payment dispute is between the coach and client except where law, Stripe, or Totality policy requires otherwise.
  • The shop, courses, supplements, and related consumer commerce features are not school-sanctioned or school-required unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Users under 18 may use those features only with parent or legal guardian permission.
  • Supplement content and products, including creatine, are informational and consumer-facing. They are not medical advice, school health services, or school-required athletic participation materials.

5. User Content & Conduct

  • You are responsible for any content you upload (e.g., workout data, technique videos, progress photos, workout locations, group chat messages, comments) and must have the necessary rights to share it.
  • Some features intentionally share information with other users, such as accepted coaches, accepted group chat members, or accepted friends. Review the in-app sharing context before uploading or joining.
  • Coaching relationships are voluntary. Coaches can assign workouts and view data made available through an accepted coaching relationship, but a school, district, organization, or coach does not own your personal account or progress history.
  • Schools, districts, organizations, and coaches do not roster, provision, create, or control your student account through a coach-side purchase unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
  • Progress photos are private by default and are not visible to coaches unless you expressly choose to share them through an available sharing control.
  • When a school, team, district, or coach uses Totality in a voluntary student context, the Organization or coach should provide a substantially equivalent non-app alternative, such as printed or PDF workouts, for students who do not create an account, install the app, maintain a coaching relationship, or submit data in Totality.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All software, designs, trademarks, and other materials within the Services belong to Totality or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services; no other rights are granted.

7. Service Changes & App Gate

  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We can require you to update the app or re-accept these Terms (for example, through an App Gate flow) before continuing to use the Services.
  • Updated Terms are effective when posted in the app or otherwise communicated. If you continue using the Services after an update you accept the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimers

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTALITY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

  • You will indemnify and hold harmless Totality from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will continue in effect.

By continuing you acknowledge that all workout suggestions and prescriptions within the Services are informational only and that you are solely responsible for assessing your capabilities and executing any exercise decisions.
