Totality Privacy Policy

Introduction

Roebke Physical Health LLC ("Totality," "we," "us," or "our") provides workout tracking, coaching, habit, and fitness-related tools. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and who can see it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, birthday/age verification status, profile details, and profile image if you add one.
  • Workout and fitness information: exercises, sets, reps, weights, RIR, estimated PRs/1RMs, workout notes, workout history, habit logs, body weight, body measurements, sleep, nutrition, steps, heart rate, active calories, and other health data you choose to sync.
  • User content: optional technique videos, progress photos, group chat messages, coaching messages, custom exercise requests, and gym/location submissions.
  • Location information: location is used only when you grant permission or manually choose a workout/gym location.
  • App and device information: app events, diagnostics, device/app metadata, and Firebase/App Check data used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
  • Advertising information: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob may receive ad request data such as device, app, network, and approximate context information needed to serve and measure ads. We configure AdMob for non-personalized, restricted ad treatment.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide accounts, authentication, workout tracking, coaching, habit tracking, progress comparison, group chat, and support.
  • Store and sync your data across devices.
  • Show information to people you intentionally connect with, such as accepted coaches, accepted group chat members, or accepted friends.
  • Secure the Services, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve app reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing and Visibility

  • User control: users own their submitted workout history, progress history, photos, videos, messages, and other personal fitness content. For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian may exercise access, correction, and deletion rights on the user's behalf. When a user turns 18, they may contact evanroebke@totalityworkoutapp.com to request deletion of their account and associated data.
  • Coaches: Totality is marketed as a voluntary training platform where users may connect with coaches. Coaches can assign workouts and see data that the user shares or that is made available through an accepted coaching relationship. A school, district, or coach does not receive access to a user's personal account data unless the user has connected with that coach in the app.
  • Ending coach access: when a client ends a paid coaching relationship, coach access may continue through the current paid billing period and then end when the subscription period ends. When a coach, school, or organization ends or no longer provides coach access, access may end immediately. The user's personal account and progress history are not deleted merely because a coach subscription, school purchase, or district relationship ends.
  • Technique videos: set or technique videos are optional and are used for form review or workout context. They are not public.
  • Workout locations: workout or gym locations are optional and may be visible to a coach when provided in a coaching context.
  • Progress photos: progress photos are private by default and are not visible to coaches unless you expressly choose to share them through an available sharing control. Users under 18 cannot share progress photos with coaches or other users.
  • Friends and group chats: accepted friends or group chat members may see limited strength comparison information, such as exercise PRs/rankings, and any messages or content shared in that group.
  • Service providers: we use providers such as Firebase and Google services to host, authenticate, secure, store, send notifications, and operate the app.
  • We do not sell personal information and do not share workout, health, video, photo, or location content with data brokers.

4. Ads

  • Totality may show a limited banner ad surface to users who are 18 or older. We configure AdMob for safer ads, including G-rated ad content, delayed ad measurement initialization, and non-personalized ad requests.
  • We do not intentionally send your workout logs, health data, technique videos, progress photos, or precise workout locations to AdMob.
  • AdMob may still process ad request data required to serve and measure ads. Users under 18 and school deployments do not receive ads.

5. Minors and School Use

  • Totality is not directed to children under 13.
  • Users under 18 should use Totality only with appropriate parent, guardian, school, team, or coach permission. Users under 18 will be limited from some features, including ads and progress-photo sharing.
  • If Totality is provided through a school, team, or district agreement, the agreement is intended to provide coach-side access, not school ownership of student-created accounts. Students create their own accounts. We do not roster, provision, or create student accounts for a school, automatically enroll students through school single sign-on, issue school-controlled student accounts, or make Totality required for student participation unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. School or district staff may receive access only to data shared through accepted coaching relationships. A school or district may terminate coach access, team configuration, or its own administrative records, but it may not delete or export a student's personal account data unless the student, or the parent/guardian for a minor, expressly authorizes the request or applicable law requires it.

6. Shop, Courses, and Supplements

  • The Totality shop, courses, supplements, and related consumer commerce features are not school-sanctioned or school-required unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Users under 18 may access only minor-appropriate commerce experiences and must have parent or legal guardian permission for purchases.
  • Supplement content and products, including creatine, are informational and consumer-facing. They are not medical advice, school health services, or school-required athletic participation materials.
  • We do not share shop purchase history or supplement browsing history with a school, district, team, or coach unless the user, or the parent/guardian for a minor, expressly shares it or applicable law requires disclosure.

7. Health Data

  • HealthKit, Health Connect, and similar health data are accessed only with your permission.
  • Health data is used to provide fitness and habit features. We do not use HealthKit or Health Connect data for advertising.

8. Retention and Deletion

  • We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security.
  • You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Parents or legal guardians may make those requests for users under 18. Schools, districts, teams, and coaches may not request deletion of a user's personal account data unless the user, or the parent/guardian for a minor, expressly authorizes the request or applicable law requires it. Deletion may not immediately remove data already shared with other users through accepted groups, messages, or coaching workflows.

9. Security

  • We use Firebase security rules, authentication, App Check, and access controls to protect user data. No system is perfect, and you should avoid uploading content you do not want others in the applicable sharing context to see. Progress-photo storage is restricted to the account owner and authorized administrators unless explicit sharing controls are added and enabled.

10. Changes

  • We may update this policy. Material changes may be posted in the app or require renewed acceptance.
